Glühhalle und der Straddle Carrier

With our mobile heavyweight another step towards the future! In the future, we intend to use the straddle carrier primarily for the transport and transhipment of oversized large component parts. The straddle carrier guarantees us high flexibility.

Unsere neue Glühhalle

Our heat-treatment facility is the last link in a continuous machining process for the production of large components. With this, Hoffmeier positions itself as a fully-fledged supplier in the large components industry and offers its customers optimum solutions for the production of their components.

At the beginning of May 2017 a gigantic steel colossus beginns to move towards Lingen (Emsland). Destination is the local BP refinery. The 118 ton-heavy and 26 metre-long large component is a so-called tube dryer.
